Returns & Exchanges
In the very unlikely event, you are not completely satisfied with your Positise products you can return them in the first 14 days for a full refund.
If you would like to return the Positise products for a refund or exchange a product due to damage in transit:
1. The first step to return or exchange products is to us know by emailing us on info@theum.co.uk
2. We will confirm back by email the return or exchange process.
3. For all products, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Once confirmation has been received from us by email, Customers can arrange their own shipping to return the products.
5. Details of where to send the products will be given in our email confirmation.
6. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s), however, refunds may be subject to processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider.
All Positise products come with a 14-day money back guarantee (This does not affect your consumer statutory rights) For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only for unused products in their original unopened packaging and customers are responsible for the returns cost.
